Experience

What are our qualifications?

The founder of Diacad Associates, David Ecklein, has had over 42 years of professional experience with computer hardware and software. As a youth, he constructed what is still considered to have been the world's largest amateur computer; EMAG-3 (1959) with over 3200 vacuum tubes and miles of wiring. EMAG predated the commercial "personal computer" by a generation. After a 1963 BSEE from MIT, and early industrial experience at IBM, he worked mainly in computer graphics. Since 1990, he has configured personal computers, networks, and accessories for clients in central New Hampshire.

Mr. Ecklein is an associate member of the IEEE Computer Society and the ACM. He served during the 1980s as newsletter editor and vice-president of the New England Computer Society, a pioneer microcomputer interest organization. During the 1990s, he co-chaired for five years the Central New Hampshire Computer Society, a PC user group.

Marcosa J. Santiago, M.D. graduated from University of Santo Tomas (Philippines), and after two years of General Practice, came to the US to eventually study under a Harvard fellowship. Although her postgraduate specialty was Pediatric Psychiatry, she has had extensive experience in community service and forensic settings, as well as in her own private practice.
